Abstract
With growth of cloud computing load balancing is important impact on performance. Cloud computing efficiency depends on good load balancer. Many type of situation occur that time cloud partitioning is done by load balancer. Different type of situation needed different type of strategies for public cloud portioning using load balancer.in this paper we work on, partition of public cloud using two type of situation first is load status evaluation and second is cloud division rules. Load status evaluation is measure in number of cloudlets arrives at datacenter and cloud divisions rules are based on cloudlet come from which geographical location. On the basis of geographical location we partition public cloud and improve performance of load balancing in cloud computing. We implement proposed system with help of cloudsim3.0 simulator.

Abstract
Outliers with the rest of the data points which are different from or inconsistent. New novel, unusual, abnormal or may contain noise. Outliers are sometimes more interesting than the majority of the data. Increasing complexity, size and variety of datasets with major challenges outlier detection, a group, and how to evaluate similar as outliers outliers are to catch. This paper is an approach to detect outlier as a pre-processing step that uses semi surveillance describes outlier detection and then the fuzzy c-means clustering and genetic algorithm to cluster analysis dataset applies to analyze the effects of outliers. As data is digitized, connected and integrated systems, getting the scope of data and analyzes has been growing rapidly. Today, the system's most massive, the size, volume, speed of the phenomenon is changing rapidly, and the non-stationary data generated by these types of data are called data streams. Stream data and your issues in detail in this paper we explore the d

Abstract
With the increasing immersion of computers in our everyday life, the gap between computers and humans becomes increasingly apparent. Face plays significant role in social communication. This is a 'window' to human personality, emotions and thoughts. Facial expressions, resulting from movements of the facial muscles, are the face changes in response to a person’s internal emotional states, intentions, or social communications. The three stages of facial expression recognition are pre-processing, features extraction and classification. Feature extraction plays an important role in facial expression recognition. To enhance the recognition accuracy of the facial expression recognition we adopt the merging approach which combines different feature extraction technique for local feature extraction improvement. In this paper, we are evaluating 2DPCA+LBP for facial representation. To improve the accuracy of the system we have applied 2DPCA on LBP images in place of original images. The propose
