Abstract

Huge opportunity is available for entrepreneur in current era though there is some obstacle of women entrepreneurship. Women are performing better with the available resources and providing better services in various sectors. It is not easy to obtain white collar Job, competitive environment is available for the same as well as minimum scope of development and growth while entrepreneur opens all direction of growth, development and expansion.

Introduction

Every person is working for livelihood whether he/she is highly educated, literate or illiterate. There are limited job opportunities available for educated person because. A person leaves the Job after completion of his/ her age. As the jobs are limited, people has to do something for livelihood, to become an Entrepreneur is better option for such people. Entrepreneurship is playing vital role in the development of Economy. On one hand the entrepreneurship helps us for creating job opportunity and other hand it assists in economic development of the Nation. It registered mentionable growth continuously. When we talk about woman entrepreneurship, its growth is not remained significant in last decade. Now as days women are not behind the curtain, she is moving with matching shoulder with male. Despite of various problems women have secured good position in the society. She touched new height in various areas. She reached at new high and got new position in the society. The woman entrepreneur has been progressing continuously but still her position is not good as compare to male entrepreneur. Atmosphere is responsible for the growth of women entrepreneur. Our restriction create barrier for the entrepreneur. Our Society doesn’t fully permits woman entrepreneurs to establish emprises. The Growth Indian entrepreneurship is not remarkable as compare to world. Atmosphere is responsible for creating favorable atmosphere.
