IJRRETAS Policies

1. Open Access Policy
IJRRETAS follows an open access publishing model, ensuring that all published articles are freely available to the global scientific community without subscription or paywall barriers. Authors retain the copyright of their work while granting the journal the right to publish and disseminate it online. This policy maximizes the visibility, accessibility, and impact of research contributions.

2. Peer Review Policy
All manuscripts submitted to IJRRETAS undergo a double-blind peer review process to maintain objectivity and academic integrity. Submissions are initially screened by the editorial board for scope, formatting, and originality, after which they are sent to at least two independent reviewers. Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on novelty, technical accuracy, clarity, ethical standards, and overall contribution to the field. Authors may be asked to revise their work before final acceptance.

3. Plagiarism and Ethical Policy
IJRRETAS upholds strict standards of research integrity. All manuscripts are checked using plagiarism detection software, and submissions with plagiarism above the acceptable threshold are rejected. Authors are expected to ensure originality, proper citation of sources, and compliance with ethical standards in research, data handling, and publication. Any violation—such as plagiarism, duplicate submission, or data manipulation—will result in rejection or retraction of the article.

4. Publication Ethics Policy
The journal adheres to the guidelines set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest, funding sources, or affiliations that could influence the research. Reviewers and editors are also required to maintain confidentiality, avoid bias, and handle all submissions with fairness and integrity.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality Policy
Personal information such as author details, reviewer identities, and editorial communications is kept strictly confidential. Data collected during submission and review will only be used for editorial purposes and will not be shared with third parties, except when legally required.

6. Copyright Policy
Authors retain full copyright of their published work while granting IJRRETAS a non-exclusive right to distribute and publish the article. Proper attribution must always be given when the work is reused or cited. Authors are encouraged to share their articles widely for academic and professional use.
