Author Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original, high-quality manuscripts to the International Journal for Rapid Research in Engineering Technology & Applied Science (IJRRETAS) (ISSN Online: 2455-4723). To ensure smooth and timely publication, authors are requested to carefully follow the submission instructions below.

1. Scope of Submission

  • Research papers, review articles, technical notes, case studies, and short communications.
  • Areas covered include Engineering, Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical, Civil, Information Technology, Applied Physics, Material Sciences, and related interdisciplinary fields.

2. Manuscript Preparation

  • Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English.
  • Format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) only.
  • Font & Size: Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing.
  • Structure:
    • Title Page (title, author names, affiliations, corresponding author email)
    • Abstract (150–250 words with 4–6 keywords)
    • Introduction
    • Methodology/Materials and Methods
    • Results and Discussion
    • Conclusion
    • References (APA 7th edition format preferred)
  • Figures/Tables: Must be numbered, clearly labeled, and inserted within the text. High-resolution images are required.

3. Originality and Ethics

  • Submissions must be original and unpublished work, not under review elsewhere.
  • Manuscripts are screened for plagiarism using detection software; papers with similarity above 15–20% may be rejected.
  • Authors must follow ethical standards for research, including proper citation, acknowledgment of funding sources, and disclosure of conflicts of interest.

4. Submission Process

  • Manuscripts can be submitted via the online submission portal available on the journal’s website or through the official editorial email.
  • Authors should ensure all files (main manuscript, figures, supplementary material if any) are uploaded.
  • A confirmation email will be sent after successful submission.

5. Review and Publication

  • All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers.
  • The typical review process takes 2–4 days.
  • Upon acceptance, authors will be notified to complete copyright forms and pay the nominal publication fee.
  • Accepted papers are published online with DOI assignment for global indexing.

6. Copyright and Open Access

  • Authors retain copyright of their work.
  • Published articles are available under the open access policy, allowing free access and citation worldwide.
